Night Terrors?

I have been reading about these and last night, my 8 month old woke up SCREAMING hysterically, a different cry than I've ever heard from him. I picked him up and his eyes never opened and nothing I could do calmed him down. I took him out of the room, turned the lights on. Eventually he opened his eyes, then took a bottle and went back to sleep. Has anyone experienced a night terror and does that sound like what it was?

    My DD did that about 2 weeks ago for a couple nights. She ended up catching a cold and I think congestion made her really uncomfortable in her sleep and got her upset. She screamed and cried in her sleep until I rubbed her back and she eventually went bac

    DD did this the other night. She was up 3 times screaming. We left her in the crib and gave her her binky and blanket and rubbed her tummy and she would fall asleep for another hour or so.
    The next day one of her top teeth came in...

    My dd does this when she isn't getting enough naps or has had an overstimulating day.  Try to think about what has happened or what he has eaten during the day to see what could be causing it.
