Wasted Milk? =(

crap.

I just remembered recently that breast milk is not supposed to be stored in the door of the freezer.  I KNEW that and it slipped my  mind and I have recently been freezing milk and then moving it into the door to make space for other stuff.  IDK how long I've been doing that...is it really that bad?? do i need to throw out any milk that has been stored there?? mad at myself
