How are those fitness and health goals coming along? How close are you to your goal?

  • I have done really poorly on my goals this week. DS and I have been feeling bad for about a week and a half. When I get this sore throat mess, all I want is Mt. Dew, so I've broken my soda fast this week several times. Ugh.

  • I did a bit better. It was my Bday this week so I did have a lot of cake. DH and I watched Food Inc. last week and we were horrified. So we are slowly making a few major changes to what we eat and I hope that helps a bit. Its STILL the dead of winter h

  • I've done well. I didn't exercise Wednesday, and I ate like a cow yesterday at the Cheesecake Factory, as it was our anniversary, otherwise I've done well with dieting and exercising.

  • I do plyometric workouts and Pilates for abs. I also eat very little carbs. The carbs I do eat are whole grains, brown rice or red potatoes. I don't care for sweets like cake. I've gone so long without them that they don't even taste good. I love mangos,
