baby led weaning

in November 2012 Moms
I am wanting to start baby led weaning with my daughter and it looks very beneficial. I was wondering if any other moms are looking into starting this for there LO. I am a young mom and out of the other girls my age that i know they all did baby food and cereal.

    I did it with my first because she refused purees and cereals I started at 6 months. So after researching I came across blw and it worked for us, though she really has little interest in anything other than nursing until she was a year. I plan to do a bit

    I'm hoping to try this too. I've been reading the book mentioned in this thread and also trying to find some good sites to help guide my food planning. I hope DS is ready at 6 months, I'm anxious to see how he does. I am not planning on starting any other
