What Won't You Buy Generic?

A lot of times, the products are so similar, I buy generic. But every once in awhile, I make the wrong choice and should have just stuck with the original.

Today I learned that Low Fat Pop Tarts are on my list. Along with toilet paper. I like my Cottenelle. Not the knock off stuff.

Toliet paper, bottled water, certain types of cheese, certain types of alcohol, cereal. I'm kind of a brand snob so generics are hard for me even though it would help with budgeting.

Peanut butter, tampons, tp, cereal, and cat food. Anything else though i will give a try as we have one grocery store with ahmazing store brand products... In fact i will only buy presidents choice chocolate chips for baking lol!

I'm surprised at how many of you won't buy generic baby formula. Unless my kid needed a special kind that wasn't available in a generic, I'm all about the generic formula. It's nutritionally the same and half the price.

plastic baggies!!!! Target ones suck, I normally end up ripping the whole top part off. LOL

I do 90 percent or more of my shopping at ALDI, so I'm definitely not a brand snob. I've come to prefer a lot of their items, TBH. Also since nursing school I only buy generic medications. But I definitely have a list, too! ...

Peanut butter should be Skippy. Mayonnaise should be Best Foods or Hellmanns on the East Coast. Chocolate chips should be Nestl or better quality. I feel like I'm missing stuff...
