Spinal headache?

I'm 4 days post csection and yesterday I got a headache that started in my forehead and moved to the base of my heck, back of my head and upper back. I still have it today. It is so painful and is only relieved when lying down flat. Anyone else have anything similar?

I had a spinal headache. My OB had me come back to the hospital the day after I was discharged for a blood patch. Instant relief. Call your OB and see what they recommend.

Bloodpatch didn't help me. Headache lasted 3 weeks and was only relieved when lying down. Caffeine, ESP coffee and belly bandit helped make it bearable til it went away.

My OB recommended excedrin migraine and coffee. It did help me. Good luck!

You need to get a blood patch. And wow do they work right away!!

I had one that lasted for 3 days and pain killers did not touch it. The doctor finally asked me if I was a coffee drinker (I am not)...he had me drink 3 cups of black coffee (used a straw and put it at the back of my mouth to bi-pass my taste buds)
