Thoughts and prayers please

Yesterday while I work I started with some light brown spotting after calling my OB who sent me for a Beta and Progesterone. After my labs my spotting became brighter and there was more of it. At this point I was in full blown panic. This is baby 3 and I never had any issues with either previous pregnancies. The doctor then wanted to see me ASAP, I headed over to the office in tears. She performed a transvaginal US and wasn't able to find a gestational sac I really lost it now. She wanted to send me to a radiologist to have an external US to rule out and Ectopic, I had to wait 2 hours until they could see me longest 2 hours of my life!. They were able to confirm that there my ovaries and tubes looked great and that was no evidence of pregnancy in my uterus. The radiologist actually came in and explained that 5070 of pregnancies at 5 weeks aren't able to be seen yet. I was told to go home relax yeah right! and wait for my labs.

I finally get my lab work back and my HcG was 1309 and my Progesterone was only 5. My OB started me on 200mg of oral Progesterone three x's a day. I'm going back for another draw in the morning but won't know anything until Monday and then another US on Thurs.

Please pray for my baby! Anyone with any advice or similar experiences?
