When I think farm, I think gingham. You could do some cute gingham sheets and crib skirt and some farm animal accessories. Pottery barn and target have basic gingham crib bedding.
Also, I didn't end up using much of my bedding set. Never used the bumper or quilt. And only used a crib skirt for the first 6 months because my crib didn't allow a skirt on the lowest bed setting. All you really need is some sheets.
