Pitting edema?

So I have noticed tonight that when I poke my swollen feet, the mark doesn't fade right away and you can see the dent even several seconds later... Is this cause for concern? What constitutes as normal/abnormal swelling?

    I've had pitting edema at night for a while - doctor isn't concerned as my BP is fine and I don't have any other symptoms of pre-e.

    As always, it doesn't hurt to call your doctor and may be nice if you could have your BP checked - even at a do-i

    I've been dealing with it for about 3 weeks now.  My OB knows and my BP is normal, so I'm not concerned, but it is uncomfortable.

    I would try to run by Wal-Mart or one of those stores with a blood pressure machine.  They get concerned when you have high blood pressure, headaches and seeing light flashes (signs of pre-e).   My doctor told me swelling is normal for this

    I did a DIY blood pressure check and it was 144/96.

    BFP #1: 5/10/12; 5/22/12: pregnancy deemed not viable (probably CP)

    I would go to LD. 140/90 is the threshold for pre eclampsia. Pitting edema is another symptom. You should go get monitored.

    TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!

    Last ditch FET resulted in BFP, and identical twin girls!

    Just an update: I called my aunt who is a nurse practitioner and she said it is high but no reason to panic right now because I have not had other symptoms like blurry vision etc., but I am going to see her early tomorrow morning at her clinic where sh
