my 10 month old has a pimple on her chin?!? i didnt think babies could get them, is this normal?? i know it sounds silly but you never know.

Nope, don't worry a bit about it. Baby acne comes and goes. My son had a full on whole face breakout when he was only about 4 weeks old. It was horrible!! Now he just gets one or two little ones on his chin from time to time from all the food/snacks/drool
