8x10 photos of your kids?

Do/would you have large (like 8x10) school photos of your kids up? Just wondering because today was DD's first picture day at preschool, and I ordered a package which included an 8x10. Another mom said to me "Oh God, I can't handle having 8x10's of my kids up on the wall!" And it just got me wondering about it. My parents put a new 8x10 of each of us up each year so it's normal to me.

We have a large puzzle piece frame with the kids school photos, a photo of the baby, and one of DH and I. I change out the kids photos every year and get an 8x10 printed of Jax when I take his monthly picture.

My mom did, one of me and one of my brother and every year the new school picture was put in said frame.

My hospital does awesome newborn photos and I bought a package the had a 8x10 of the two pictures I bought. I was going to hang them up

This post made me laugh because my mother HATES 8x10 photos. Ever since I was a little girl 8x10's are her pet peeve. I currently don't have any up. We do have a big portrait of DS up in our play room in an antique frame. I'd like to do something similar

I have 8x10s of each but they're not the school pictures. They are pictures we had taken at the beach

you never know what you're going to get with school pictures and you have to order in advance. We never get many school picture

I actually like 8x10s but I don't know that I would want one of a school picture. My mom has 16x20s of our senior pictures in her basement.

I hate 8x10's of individual people. We have an 8x10 family photo above our piano, with 2 5x7's on each side of the girls. I also get 5x7's of the girls yearly photos (done at a professionals). The rest of our house is mostly 4x6

Yes, I have a couple of 8x10 frames. I haven't gotten school pictures yet, but I I don't know if I will ever get 8x10s of school pictures because I honestly don't find them that great of photos (at least not ones I have seen yet).

We have an 8x10 of DS on one end table and one of DD on the other end table in our living room. We also have pictures hanging o the wall in the hallway upstairs.

I love pictures of the kids and us in our home! I have some 8X10. But I prefer pretty pics over school pictures to be honest.

I always get the 8x10 photos. I really like that size. What else are you supose to put on the wall? A 5x7 is just too small on its own...even with a mat.
