Currently I'm attempting to stick to 1200 calories a day. Which I'm really good at most days. I try to eat healthier things also, but more often than not it's just the smaller calorie items. I'm tracking them using MyFitnessPal.
same, lost 30 and the last 10 have been an issue. During the week I really try to eat small meals and a healthy dinner and I brush my teeth right away so I dont give into dessert. Drink alot of water.

It's very insightful.
