I'm hosting the family Easter brunch this weekend (a week early) and the menu is almost solidified.
I'm doing this strata https://www.delish.com/recipefinder/sausage-fontina-strata-ghk , cranberry orange scones, a fruit salad and, if I'm feeling really crazy, some macaroons.
I have a lot of sweet, though, and could use another savory. We don't need any more meat, since there is sausage in the strata. Who has suggestions for me?
Extra challenge: You'll notice, everything can be made the night before and the strata can just be popped in the oven a bit before the guests arrive. I'm looking for easy or make ahead recipes, since DD is all up in my business when I'm in the kitchen.
TIA

I really feel like you need another meat that isn't in the strata. I would do bacon.
ETA: I also feel like what you have is a lot of carbs/starch so I would stay away from something like that.
What about some kind of cheesy potato-type dish?

or
twice baked potatoes. They can be made the day before and popped into the oven to heat through.
