Going dairy free

Hey all! I am attempting to go dairy free for my EBF babe. Any suggestions on a good grocery store/restaurants in the area for more health food options? I find the vegan route is the easiest since there are so many hidden dairy products out there.

Second Trader Joe's. I also like Lakewinds.
Dairy free is easy at regular grocery stores too though.

Hello, my son has been dairy free for almost 2 years now & I can say it's a lot easier now then it was when we first started. First there are a lot of others names for Dairy, I found this site helpful (link below). We shop mostly at Trader Jo

I was dairy and soy free with my son from 0-1. Fortunately he outgrew it! I'm not sure where exactly you live, but in Woodbury there is a gluten free store that has a lot of allergen free foods (Taylor Made Nutrition). I also found that MSP

I went dairy free for 18 months for my daughter and will go dairy free again with the new baby. It is surprisingly easy. I did most my shopping at a normal grocery store and I haven't found a restaurant I can't eat at. My daughter is still dairy free answ
