Hey all! I am attempting to go dairy free for my EBF babe. Any suggestions on a good grocery store/restaurants in the area for more health food options? I find the vegan route is the easiest since there are so many hidden dairy products out there.

I was dairy and soy free with my son from 0-1. Fortunately he outgrew it! I'm not sure where exactly you live, but in Woodbury there is a gluten free store that has a lot of allergen free foods (Taylor Made Nutrition). I also found that MSP
