Thank you ladies SO much!! I posted hoping that someone would have some other thoughts. Our medical team seems so focused on O's cat and dog dander allergies that they seem to be overlooking my concerns. I know that something else is going on, and after reading the Mayo Clinic website about polymorphic light eruption, I am amazed at how much I am shaking my head YES! to all of the issues.

I shot an email over to his Allergist to make sure that he was prepared to discuss this condition at our appointment on Tuesday. I let him know that if he's not knowledgeable that I want a referral to Derm ASAP.

Here's hoping we have an answer on our hands...

I'm so glad you were able to find some more info. I really hope your allergist is open to looking at other possibilities or that you are able to get a speedy referral to another specialist.
