Updated! O'ed before midcycle US

UPDATE: by the time of my US I had already O'ed. No big deal except that I was hoping to see how big the follicle was before it released. He could actually see where it had busted open and was already released. Really cool AP lesson with my RE!
Luckily, my lining looks great and I don't have any cysts. We did have sex yesterday before my opk and will have sex again today too. From now on, RE said they will try to get me in before cd 12.
I got a OPK this morning. Today is cd 12 and my midcycle US was scheduled for tomorrow.
I called to let them know and see if I can come in today. Unfortunately, the RE is doing surgeries and IVF today. He's the only one who does the US.
The nurse said hopefully they will still be able to see everything tomorrow since maybe I won't O until then. I hope so since I was hoping to see what follies or size we were working with this month.
For the mobile bumpers, I am on a Femara and TI cycle.
FX that everything looks OK and there aren't any other concerns to factor in like cysts or lining issues.

June 2013: Femara 2.5 mg, Gonal F Injects 37.5 IU, Menopur, trigger + IUI = BFN
July 2013: Femara 2.5 mg, Gonal F Injects 75 IU, Menopur, trigger + IUI = BFP!!!!
Beta 1 @ 11 DPIUI = 76. Progesterone = 27.3

I've O'd twice before they could monitor me so I understand the worry.

Same thing happened to me this cycle also. Got a positive OPK, had to wait until the next day to go in, but luckily I hadn't o'd when they did the ultrasound the next morning. I triggered the morning of the ultrasound and had the IUI the morning after
Married October 2009. Me 29 H 28.
After 1 year of infertility, our little miracle was conceived via our 3rd IUI on May 5, 2013.
Holland Sophia was born Jan 24, 2014.
PCOS (anovulatory and amenorrhea) and hypothyroid.
Currently taking Metformin 1500 MG and Synthroid.
Prior HSG and DH SAs were clear.
Feb 2013 - Switched clinics/RE and starting from the beginning again with some modifications.
Current status: CD 3 appointment showed lining was too thick (11.5 mm). Endometrial biopsy scheduled for CD 11. Next steps will be based on results.
