Backache and pressure/tightening in stomach

Since about 1pm today I having an aching lower back and it is to the point where I want to lay down.  Also, I have been having BH on and off all day (not really 5 in an hour) but have a crampy pressure feeling in my lower stomach (nothing timeable, just uncomfortable).  I laid down for 45 mins and started to feel a bit better but right when I got up it started up again.  My back hurts to the point where I have to lean against the counter sometimes.  Is this to be worried about.  Everytime I have a symptom I call the doctor and it is never anything.  Just don't feel good....am i going to feel like this for the next 10 weeks :(

    It could be nothing, but it could be something. I would rather be safe than sorry with twins! I would call your doctor's nurse line and run your symptoms by them to see if they want you to come in. Hoping it's nothing!

    My doctor's advice was to never sit and wonder, especially when it comes to preterm labor.  If you are questioning it, you should call, IMO.

    Definitely call your doctor. I had cramps and light back pain. Turns out I was having contractions every 2 to 3 minutes but didn't know it. I was then admitted to the hospital at 30
    Weeks. I was already dialated to a 2. Luckily mine was caught

    Thanks! Ended up at L D. I was having mild contractions but they said I have uterine irritability. Sent home after 2 bags if fluids. Said I need to rest. Not dialating at all thank god.
