DH and I were discussing this last night, about what information we are comfortable sharing with family, and what will remain private. How privacy is different then being secretive as it's personal information.
TTC #2, Operative hysteroscopy March 2011; IVF #1 long lupron protocol April 2011-cancelled due to poor response; IVF #2 flare protocol May 2011=hospitalization due to abdominal hemorrhage during ER and no fert due to MFI issues. Moving onto international adoption from Moldova January 2013!

Even oversharing not-so-negative things can bite you. I learned the hard way that people would make even worse assumptions about DD's BM, etc. if I gave them too much info to start. I am learning the mantra, "We only discuss the details within our own fam
I love this! We had a HORRIBLE experience with our agency over-sharing some details about our son to our friends. They were in the pool at the same time as up and adopted their daughter a few weeks before our son was born. Their social worker was kind
