  I usually give as needed. Lately it has been a dose before bed and if he needs it when he wakes up at night. Only one night has been like that so far.

  Scout2005:

  If he was fussy/didn't nap well and I suspect teeth, I give it to him before bed and when he wakes up for a feed

  I try to just suck it up during the day. I give it at night before bed. Almost never in the MOTN because I am a zombie.

  Thanks ladies. I don't give it in the day and he cut the last 2 teeth without needing it but I can feel these next 2 and they are being rough on him!

  We do hylands teething tablets before bed. Motrin once a day if necessary, but not before bed.
