Pikkolo

Anyone with experience with the Pikkolo carrier? I have an Ergo with insert but it just isn't working for me or baby. We are both petite - she is 5.5 lbs and I am 5'4" 110 lbs - and she flops around and I have to pull the straps as tight as they will go and it just doesn't fit right. I have a friend offering me her Pikkolo.

    i wasnt comfortable with an ergo until my kid was 4 months old.

    I have a Pikkolo and loved it from day 1. But DD was 8.5lb when born and I am 5'8", not sure if that makes a difference.

    I had an Ergo and my kids hated it.  I also felt as if it was too bulky.  I sold it and got a Beco Gemini.  It's awesome and easier to put on.
