  No US yet, but seeing a doctor on April 2 at about 6/7 weeks. Don't know if I will get one then though! Best of lick! But you could definitely be too soon in the pregnancy, or did not conceive when you thought you did! Sending good thoughts your way!

  I had an u/s with my RE before she dismissed me to my OB- that was at 5 weeks. I saw the yolk and gestational sacs. I have my first OB appt tmrw at 8 weeks, and she won't be doing an u/s until 12 weeks, and then she'll do another at 16 weeks. I'm really d

  The Dr didn't see a Sac so I'm freaking out. I have another appointment tomorrow so I'm going to request another u/s in about 2 weeks.

  How far along are you Melly? My last pregnancy we had an u/s at 6w and they could see the sac but not a fetal pole. Returning at 8w we saw everything and heart beat. So it may just be too early.

  I'm 4 1/2 weeks pregnant. I'm hoping that they'll be able to see a sac in 2 more weeks.

  That's super early! The sac would only be mm long! Easy to miss. I had one around 4 weeks and they couldn't see anything. At 5 weeks 6 days, they saw the heartbeats, fetal poles, and yolk sacs. Everyone is different. I was charting my temp and using OPK

  I had an ultrasound yesterday. My doctor tried to do it on my belly but had to do it vaginally in order to see the baby.

  Had some spotting today, they did an internal US in the office and saw nothing (5w3d) then sent me to an imaging center still nothing but ruled out an ectopic. Waiting on my lab work still. Trying to keep calm but now I ave bright red spotting and cramps

  Lurking, but in a similar situation - had an U/s at 5wk approx and saw nothing. 

   

  How does one "rule out" an ectopic? OB told me to call if I had severe pain or bleeding.

  They sent me for an external US to make sure nothing had implanted in my ovaries or tubes. Everything was good.
