  Hi all! FX for everyone's 2ww!  I am 2dpiui and testing on 4/2.  No symptoms at all but I'm so antsy right now.  Start my prog supps today - I wish I was getting a P4 draw given my history of low prog (7.3 in my one and only BFP).

  Hi ladies!

  2dpiui here and thinking this 2ww is going to be even more brutal than the last. I started cramping a little today but started progesterone suppositories last night so could be from that. Just psyching myself out as usual since I have

  TTC since June 2011
  DX: DH (30) severe MFI, severely low count & low motility
  Me (32): all clear
  Appt with Urologist 5/21/12: exam, ultrasound, bloodwork all normal.
  Testicular Biopsy with TESE on 6/8/12. good sperm found! (left side only) froze sperm, failed thaw test
  Orientation for IVF/ICSI on 6/13/12. Waiting for the green light following biopsy results...results show adequate sperm production both sides.
  2nd SA 6/18/12: sample is "adequate for ICSI"
  Plan: IVF/ICSI July 2012!
  ER: 7/26/12. 15 eggs retrieved, all mature.
  TESE/TESA/aspiration from epididymis, no motile sperm found
  froze all eggs, the saga of praying for good sperm continues.
  8/3/12: 2nd opinion from MFI uro on biopsy slides. Suspects "partial late maturation arrest."
  Plan: more SAs, third biopsy/TESE with frozen back-up either from DH or DS.
  SA 8/17/12: Zero sperm
  SA 8/23/12: Zero sperm
  9/26/12: SPERM FOUND! 15 eggs thawed, 12 survived and were ICSI'd, only 3 fertilized normally. Refrozen as embies and will thaw in Nov. Please survive and grow!
  All 3 survived the thaw on 11/15/12!
  FET 11/17/12: transferred 2, one 4B, one 4C. Beta 11/30:BFFN

  Our 3rd (and final IUI) is today; we went in this morning for my bloodwork and DH "dropped off" his sample.  We head back in an hour for the actual procedure and if things go the way they have our previous IUIs did, we'll do our beta testing on Ap

  8dpiui #3. MH has refused to talk about IVF until we see if this worked...then it will take him forever to do the normal/crazy about of research that he does with everything. This means that if we did IVF, it wouldn't likely be until June

  IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies.  ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI  ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts.

  Well got the call awhile ago this IUI equals BFN! We were thinking of moving on to IVF howeve we can't till July so we going to do one more iui while waiting;

  8/12 Clomid cylce #3- no success
  
  8/30 Went to see RE and we have decided to move onto IUI attempts
  
  10/18 IUI#1 BFN and cyst developed so on hold
  
  11/17 IUI cycle #2 BFN
  IUI #3,4,5,6 =BFN

  First round of IVF- 2 fresh transfered Beta=20, 37 than ended in M/C- Will do frozen transfer in Sept!

  I'm 6 dpiui and beta is on the 29th.  

  QOTW:  I wish that I had listened more to the "listen to your body" discussion.  I put off hip surgery for way too many years because I was just too busy to deal with the problem.   

   

     

  TTC since 3/2011 Adenomyosis, LPD, hypothyroidism. 
  

  BFP on 7/20/12 after 4 cycles Clomid + IUI 

  2 large subchorionic hematomas & no heartbeat at 7w6d   

  D&E 8/18/12 Sonohysterography found septum and necrotic tissue.   

  Hysteroscopy to remove both 10/5

  IUI #5-7 50mg Clomid + trigger = BFN  

  IUI #8 Femara + Bravelle + HCG + Progesterone = BFP 3/27/13

  Beta 1 (13dpo) = 169  Beta 2 (17dpo) = 1073  No heartbeat at 9w3d. 

  D & C 5/10/13  Triploidy 69 (paternal inherited)

  IVF #1 with ICSI and PGS 11R 8M 5F 2 biopsied/frozen

  PGS results = 1 with trisomy 13 & 1 good embryo for FET 

  FET #1 EV, estrace, nitro patches.  Cancelled due to thin lining

  FET #1.2 oral estrace, f'ing nitro patches and no delestrogen.  Transfer 12/31. BFN

  PAIF/SAIF welcome

  Surprise BFP on 6/13/14  Our only unmedicated bfp ever.

  Trying on our own until end of summer.   I am about 7dpo I think.  I am meeting with the NP/ Fertility Nutritionist next week to put me on a plan to lose weight, heavy fertility supplements etc.  I know it will be rough

  I'm posting my update late as usual.  I go see my Re on mon for my first beta check.  FX'd its BFP as this has been thee most challenging cycle for me yet due to OHSS.

  37yrs old. Married 9 yrs. TTC since 2010. Clomid with no monitoring. Dx with PCOS. Started with RE..3. HSG normal. Husband normal. 3 Failed IUI with letrazole, 1 cycle canceled with letrazole bc no follicle development. Took break...natural pregnancy...resulted in miscarriage@6wks, D&C. Currently(2013) started injectables(Menopur)&will do another IUI. Have been doing acupuncture weekly for 2 yrs. On metformin and supplements.

  Hi.  Hope you all are doing okay.  I am 9 days past 1st IUI.  The time is going by pretty quick but I want to know if it worked already.  I have no symptoms except bloating which I figure is from the progesterone.  BETA is changed

  6 Failed IUIs (Clomid and Gonal F).  

  IVF #1 began August 2013- BC, 4 days of Estrace, stimmed with Gonal F and Menopur, Ganirelix, 9R 5M 5F, Medrol and Doxycycline, 5 day transfer of 2 early blastocysts- good quality, Progesterone, Estrace, and baby aspirin, BETA on 9/20 BFN,   IVF #2 began September 2013, stimming with Gonal F (higher dose) and Menopur, Ganirelix, 18R 14M 9F with ICSI, 5 day transfer of 2 BBs one was starting to hatch, 2 frosties: 1  BB and 1 AC, BETA on 10/21, BFN BETA was a 5- chemical 

  Getting some more testing and trying to figure out what the issue is before FET in December, started acupuncture on 11/10, RLP and some other BW nothing major to report except slightly high Prolactin. Prolactin was slightly high when I started with my RE and I already had an MRI which was Neg.  Endo biopsy=negative.  WTF is wrong with us???

  12/18/13 FET of 1 BB and 1 AC.  Hoping for a miracle.  Beta 12/26 Low BETA-8 2nd BETA 5- chemical

  After 3 failed transfers IDK where to go from here.  Still no real answers as to why this isn't working.  Getting a second opinion in February and looking into immune testing.  

  2/14- NEW RE- Immune testing showed a partial dq alpha match with DH- On prednisone and did intralipids prior to transfer.  3/14 Lupron, gonal f, menopur, HGH.  ER 15 mature all 15 fertilized!  5dt of an early blast grade 1 and an expanded blast grade 2.  BETA on 4/21.  1 grade 2 embryo frozen

  Update for me is that I am triggering Sunday night.  IUI Tuesday morning. Pregnancy test on April 9th!  I will start on progesterone just in case 2 days after my IUI!

  First IUI was a BFN.  I have my first midcycle monitoring appt. for IUI#2 tomorrow.

  The advice I wish I would have followed was to try harder in school.  I did pretty well but I definitely could have done better and probably gotten into
