Difficulty with the Safety 1st Airflow seats......anyone?

Hi Ladies,

I seem to be having alot of difficulty with my LO's safety first carseat. The straps seem to be so difficult to pull in once my LO is in the seat. Does anyone else seems to have this problem?

    We had a safety first alpha omega elite. My hubby used to struggle and pull hard, I looked at the back of the seat and realized the strap had moved to the side and was sort of shredding over the plastic instead of staying on the metal bar. I had to orde

    Ok, great thank you! I will look into that. I figure it has to be something because there would be no way that it would be designed or manufactured to be that difficult.
