DH loves having lamb for Easter. I'm not a fan of the traditional fare so we'll be making lamb burgers. Yum. Egg hunt for the kids in the morning and bbq in the afternoon. Good times.

Gunnar was born on Easter so we always host and celebrate his birthday.
We usually do lunch, an egg hunt for the older kids, then cake & ice cream.
