I've been down to one nursing session for a few months now, but the last day or so my nipples have become sensational. I also have the feeling like my milk is more full. I haven't had a major diet change or anything and I'm not KU. What the heck is going on?

I have been feeling some of that too lately. In fact last week I had one breast leak while I was nursing on the other and hasn't happened in months.
