I am assuming right because when I use my doppler i always get heartbeat under my belly button to the right. I think I might have felt he/she a few times but that feeling was always slight right underneath the belly button but also could have been gas :

I am not really feeling him enough right now to tell, however yesterday at my A/S it seemed like the tech was always on my left with the wand to get a good view for measurements.

I have two uteri, baby is in my left uterus so I definitely feel him only on my left. DD was also in the left and farther in pregnancy it was crazy to see how far left she was. My belly became very lopsided.
