My LO is 4 weeks old and we'd like to introduce a bottle of pumped breastmilk in preparation for when I return to work at 12 weeks. I pump anywhere from 2 to 4 oz after my morning feeding and am also looking to build up a freezer stash if possible. Kellymom didn't get at the practical details so I'm coming to you wise mamas.
How did you introduce your first bottle? Did DH offer it? How many ounces did you start with? Do you give a bottle every day?
In theory, I'd love DH to take one evening or night feeding so he can enjoy some daddy time and I can get some more sleep! However, I'm worried that skipping a feeding would jeopardize my supply (not to mention be really uncomfortable).
Thanks for sharing your experiences!

We started giving her one in the middle of the night so I could get some sleep, too. Hubby just gave it to her and she took it like a champ. I also have to get up when he does to pump - to keep my supply up and also so I don't wake up too uncomfortable
