Does your LO have a temper?
Mine sure as heck does.
Take away something he has? Screams. Arches his back. Throws himself backwards.
Taking him out of the bath? Screams. Arches his back. Throws himself backwards.
Put him in his car seat? Screams. Arches his back. (Doesn't throw himself back here. I think he's realized that it actually helps me in this scenario.)
At first I thought it was too early for him to throw temper tantrums, and that he was just fussy or tired or whatever when he was throwing them...until I talked to my mom...Apparently I did exactly what August does starting at 5 months...

Re: Temper temper...

He's doing better now, but before we did CIO, when we laid him in his crib, he would stiffen his entire body and scream somehow while holding his breath and just be PISSED!!! He yells when
Everything OP said. If she's mad she'll throw herself back, arch her back. She tries doing it in the carseat and I have a little mommy chuckle cause she can't since she's strapped in!
Yay us for having little diva children already
DD for sure has a temper! Like Baker she hates getting dressed and screams the whole time.
She also doesn't like to be left in a room alone for even a second and will let you know about it!
