Update on my crack head

old landlord! He finally sent me a refund on my deposit....only half of it! I called to ask why and he said because he had to fix a broken a/c line and refrigerator while we were living there! Yeah because I made the thermostat on the 20 year old fridge go bad and went under the house and made the a/c line break! WTF! I think he's smoking crack! Okay, vent over!

    Take him to small claims court. That is ridiculous. He owns a rental property and it is his responsibility to fix things when they break. It should not be at your expense. The filing fee in IN is only $84 so if it's worth it, I'd go file on him. How much is half of the deposit?
