We had spinach quiche, that I had premade in the freezer, home made hash browns made in the oven and salad. Lucas loves the quiche and hash browns. Even my two year old ate, he's been picky latly. So it was a good time.

Sure - I started with this recipe, added a pork tenderloin to the bottom of the slow cooker and altered the spices so it would be ok for DD, so no jalapeno, chipotle chili powder, etc. Super easy and it was really good! I also did a can of tomatoes ins

We had spicy beef and cabbage stew (found on Pintrest, pinned in my Food Ideas board) and LOVED it! DD loved it too but DH and my Mom thought it was too spicy.
