Sinus infection?

Since yesterday, DD has sounded congested. But today, around her left eye is slightly swollen and has some gooey watery liquid. I'm thinking it might be a sinus infection or does it sound more like her eye is infected? I'm calling the pedi tomorrow but wanted to see if any of you might have any thoughts. TIA

    Hard to say...could be baby allergies, could be the start of conjunctivitis, could be a cold starting, or a clogged tear duct. My DS is 1 month and up until last week, had clogged tear ducts in both eyes. The whites of his eyes and around his eyes were no

    Sounds like a clogged tear duct. My daughter has had one since birth. Take a cotton ball dipped in warm water and gently wipe it off.
