Adoption

Ladies, I need some advice

Hey everyone,

We are officially home study approved, yay! But I do have some concerns about our agency. The agency we are with has locations in three states. When I spoke with the social worker on Monday, I asked her if there are any potential birth mothers out there that they are working with. Her response was "no, not at this moment." This really worried me and has been bothering me since our conversation. I know that this can change at any minute, but is this typical of agencies? I know that we are not the only couple waiting to adopt, and our agency goes on a "match" system not a waiting list. Should I be concerned about this, or do I just need to calm my nerves and be patient?
