Normally I'm a tummy sleeper, but it's getting uncomfortable now, so I've been on my side with a body pillow but when I wake up, my hips are hurting Any tips on what I can be doing differently?
The only thing that has relieved hip pain when I wake up is sleeping kind of angled on my body pillow, so that I'm partially on my tummy, partially on my hip, if that makes any sense

I've always been a side sleeper and the last 3 weeks have been hell because I wake up in so much hip and knee pain. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one, and it sounds like I should try "the sprawl" to see if it helps!

I had the same thing with my first. Thankfully I haven't had it yet this time around. I propped myself up on my headboard with pillows and slept halfway sitting up. It was the only thing that seemed to help with the pain.
