Uppababy Cruz Wheels

I am a long time lurker, but new poster! I have been researching so much about strollers...right now I am between the UB Cruz and the BJ Versa. I really like many features of the Cruz, but my husband's concern is that the wheels are not the greatest. We live in the suburbs and I do not plan to do much off-roading. However, I want to be able to take this stroller to outdoor events (i.e. Sea World, etc) or walk in the park without feeling like I have to lift the stroller over every bump. Even though the Versa wheels are not much better, it seemed like the shock system was better in the store. Does anyone have any opinions about the wheels, shocks and ride on the Cruz? TIA for your help!

    We've taken our Cruz around the Lake and it does great on grass, paved and short unpaved trails.  No issues at all.

    We have a ub vista and have had no problems. I think they have the same wheels. I would suggest going to a store and playing with Your final choices. Most boutiques will even let you take a trial stroll out on the sidewalk. That made our final decision

    I have the UB vista and the g-luxe, while the vista is able to handle tough terrain I have no problems bringing my g-luxe stroller to Seaworld last year and had a smooth ride.  As the pp mentioned I think you have to test it out, we test drove a ton

    Thanks! I have tested them out in the stores several times, I just keep reading reviews that say the Cruz gets squeaky/creaky over time and does not have good suspension. I asked this week if I could take the two out to the sidewalk for a test drive and w

    I am torn between the Cruz, Vista and City Mini GT an am driving myself crazy!  My husband has the same concern about the wheels on the Cruz, particularly when going to the beach.  He thinks the wheels on the Vista or GT are better.  I like
