PSA: Vitamins for sleep and m/s

I have been struggling with sleep and waking in the middle of the night, and also nausea but not vomiting, and did some research and trial and error with vitamins to try to get some relief. Both solutions are working great for me, thought I'd share.

Sleep: I take a Calcium-Magnesium-Zinc vitamin before I go to bed and it helps me fall asleep. Calcium is a muscle relaxant. When I wake at 4/5 a.m., I take another, and I also get back to sleep until DS wakes me at 7:30. Like magic!

Nausea: I started taking B6 again, 50mg 2x/day, and I have to say it's really helping. I had been taking it to help TTC with DS and continued through that pregnancy, but wasn't taking it this time because we hadn't been really trying. When I started getting nauseous between 6/7 weeks I picked it up again, and great relief!

If you're struggling with either, give the vitamins a shot!
