  I used a Medela PISA with DS1 and my twins.  Got rid of it, this time I'll be donating the BM and the donation organization will supply me with a "hospital grade" pump, not sure exactly what that means, but when I asked them if I needed my own or if

  Medela. I've used medela and avent. It was leaps and bounds better.

  I used Medela Advanced last time (insurance covered the cost) and I plan on using it this time as well. I will probably by some new tubes and such but I loved it last time and already have it.
