I have GD. Other than the change in diet, my pregnancy has gone about normally. I do have my first stress test this week (37 weeks). I have not been measuring big so my doctors say they are not worried about the baby's size, and, therefore, no ultrasound to measure the baby. Is this typical? My doctors made such a big deal about GD baby's being too large and now it doesn't appear like they are checking on him.
I've had one every 2 weeks since 34 weeks, but my belly has been measuring really big. When they measure your fundal height, is it normal? Mine was 4 weeks ahead at one point, and they found out I had too much fluid, and a big baby. They don't even bother

I just had my fourth U/S..... 2nd because I was measuring big. But just like the last time (a month ago) Fluids are fine and he is only measuring 1 day ahead. Personally I think I am measuring big because I am 40 ye
My fundal height has been normal. I was just curious. I would hate to have been on this diet for so long and then still have a really large baby despite the extra effort.
