1st Trimester

Anybody else..??

I will be 8 weeks tomorrow and since last Sunday this morning sickness or shall I say all day sickness is really getting to me. I haven't been able to eat anything without the literal feeling that I am forcing something down my throat in order to not feel more sick. Everything smells gross and foods I once loved are no longer loved haha. Oh the joys of pregnancy. Any suggestions?

  • -- Plain ginger tea. You can get it from the asian market or online. Its just sugar and fresh, spicy ginger. It will settle the stomach and help you digest.

  • I have the eternal m/s too. Not alot helps. You can try the B complex or for bed the B complex and unisom. Also having little snacks or orange juice by your bed at night. It helps you not be so sick in gthe morning if you eat / drink something to keep you
  • I have noticed that if I drink apple juice I will start to feel better. I am going to have to look for the ginger tea and also start to keep a pack of crackers with me at all times. Thank you ladies so much for the advice.
