Healthy Sleep Habits, Healthy Baby

So I know we have had a lot of sleep posts lately but I wanted to see if anyone could summarize Healthy Sleep Habits, Healthy Baby for me. I really want to read it but between my work schedule and caring for LO the thought of finding time to read an entire book is laughable.

LO goes to bed at about 6:30-7, wakes up at 11pm to eat and again around 4 to eat. I don't have a problem with that at all. It is the 3-5 additional times of getting up to soothe/replace the paci. I would love to eliminate those wake ups if possible. Can you use CIO methods for those types of wake up and still allow her to get up to eat 1-2 times a night?

I would love any pointers you ladies may have.

TIA!

    Delaine,

That is awesome that if went so smoothly for you. I think I am going to try a little CIO tonight. Maybe try to go 3 minutes and then work up to 10?

  • Let me just say first - we have an easy baby (she is still a real baby and has issues) but in general she's easy and sleeps well.

We have gone round and round with the paci and whether to take it away - and I too struggled with the choice because
