Babies: 3 - 6 Months

Almost 5 month old waking every two hours

I don't think this is a growth spurt because when I nurse her she is back to sleep in 10 minutes. This every two hour think started last night after an initial sleep of 4 hours but tonight from the start she's waking up every two hours. She is swaddled and seems to be fighting it. So I'm nursing her right now with one arm out to see how that goes. I'm getting over a nasty cold my twins gave me so I desperately need some sleep. Any ideas what's going on?
