So I usually take 2 boot camp style classes a week and 1 pilates class. The past 2 boot camp classes I have ended up bailing early because it is just too much for me now.... it is a lot of plyometrics and also jumping so between the horrific RLP/fire crotch and the fact that I about pee myself for 50% of the class it is not enjoyable at all. Not to mention it's at 5pm on days I work 8-4 and I'm so darn tired by then I can't do it. I'm sad to say I might be giving up on them until after I deliver. I feel like a wuss and like I'm disappointing the trainer (which is silly but she has helped me get into really good shape over the past year) I'm still doing my pilates class, but it's at 9am on my day off... and I'm walking on an incline for 30 min 3 times a week on the treadmill.... DH says I'm crazy to feel this way but I am so disappointed in myself.

My OB told me NOT to run as soon as I got pregnant. She was concerned my heart rate would get too high. I miss it, but at this point, even walking makes my back hurt like the dickens. I try to walk with my dog every day for at least 2
I'm super impressed you're still doing that much. Pre-pregnancy I was running 1-2 hours a day (anywhere from 6-12 miles) almost every day of the week. Add in a weight-lifting class 2-3 times a week, maybe a spin class once a week...
