So.... I finally had my follow up with my RE, he told us that he wanted us to do a Clomid challenge next cycle to see how I respond to meds. Well he said that the original plan was IUI. I was told even though I have one tube that is only partially blocked it is still we were still going to be able to work with it,but since there is a partial blockage we would have a higher chance of an etopic preg. Then he told us that the Hubs SA came back pretty normal except for his morphology, (that was 2%). Because of that he said our best option is probably IVF, then said we would talk about it more at the next cycle. Then he started telling me about the success rates that they have and such. He seemed very confident, much more than IUI. I guess I'm just having a hard time not even attempting IUI and going strait to IVF.

Re: IUI or IVF???
ETA: I read that wrong! With one blocked and one partially blocked tube, IVF is the way to go. I thought you had one working tube, but

With one blocked tube and the other partially blocked, I would personally probably go to IVF. One of my good friends suffered through 2 ectopic pregnancies before she was successful with IVF. I wouldn't wish that experience (ectopic) on any

Thanks Ladies,
I'm such a planner, and so far the plan has been IUI, so I guess I was just shocked that I am being led towards IVF so soon. I guess my main thought is I am more worried about the what ifs if it doesn't take, and nervous abou
