Annoyed with pedi office

I'm venting. I called my pedi office to double check when Quinn's 6 month appt. is because I lost the appt card. The secretary tells me I don't have one. I explained that I am certain I do because I made it at her 4 month like they suggest when you check out. She said the new computer system shows I don't. They can't get me in until May for her 6 month well child visit. She will be 8 months old. Ummmm what? Seriously? So annoyed. I'm on a cancellation list to try to get us in sooner. We are already on a different vax schedule so now we will really be screwed up. Ugh. Anyways, just needed to vent!

WTF?!? My CCP wouldn't allow LO if I didn't have proof of vacs. I would call back later and speak with someone else. That's ridiculous!

That sucks. We are a few weeks off on our well visits because I scheduled his 2mo for the same day as James' 2 year. I think his 6mo is April 9. I always lose my appointment card too. I would keep looking for it and if you find it, call and make them sque

Can you schedule just a nurse visit for vaccinations? DS was sick at his 4 month visit so his vaccination schedule has been off, instead of seeing the pedi for another visit we just schedule with the nurse so he doesn't get even further behind.&nbsp

From working at doctor's offices [pedi included] scheduling appts, they should have well visit appt types blocked off so they don't fill their schedule up that far in advance!! I can't believe that they would let you go that far past your LO actually bein
