We need some serious tips on how to keep our 3 year-old daughter in bed. She has always had the same night time routine--dinner, bath, story time and bed but lately she will not stay in her room and go to sleep. She is up until 10-11pm and keeps coming downstairs or in our room saying she's thirsty, hungry, not tired, etc. It's getting really exhausting because we have a six month-old who is difficult to put down so my husband and I literally have no time at night for us to just talk or relax/watch TV, etc. I didn't know if anyone else had made it through this phase and did anything that worked?
