DS is quite picky. The pedi isn't concerned about his weight, but I'm finding myself wondering how to get the proper nutrition in him when his diet only consists of:
Peanut Butter/PBJ Sandwiches, Apple Juice/Milk/Water, Macaroni & Cheese, Spagetti (w/ Sauce), Chicken Nuggets, French Fries, Shredded Cheese, Taco Shells (rarely together), Pancakes/Waffles (w/ Syrup) and healthy fruit squeezes
We eat healthy meals in our house, however DS would rather skip a meal and go to bed hungry than eat our stuff. For dinner time we have told DS that what mommy makes is dinner, and if you don't want it, then you don't eat it...but you don't get anything else. I still leave our food out for him, but he outright refuses.
Do you guys just give your picky eater what they want or do something else? Need Suggestions please.

DS is relatively picky and we are working to expand his diet (rewards chart) but it is slow going. So these are his "standard" foods.
