Okay, I've been overweight even before baby. I gained 19 pounds during pregnancy and lost that already. I am looking to lose weight and I've been at it for 4 weeks... Really working hard to do it and the weight is just not budging. Have any of you found it harder to lose weight after the baby? I have tried in the past to lose weight and in the first couple weeks have lost a good amount of weight. I am drinking 100 oz of water a day, eating the right amount of calories, eating healthy foods. Getting some exercise in. ugh I'm frustrated. lol

OP I know exactly how you feel! I track every piece of food I put into my mouth. I work out 4 days a week. I do weights and cardio. On Saturdays I take a long walk with the family or play Xbox 360 exercise games. I am barely losing. I lost 0.4 lbs this
