Prenatal Yoga near Abington?

    Hi,
    I live in Abington too! I had my baby in January, but while I was pregnant I went to Blue Banyan yoga in Mt. Airy...it was only a 1015 minute drive and they have a couple prenatal yoga classes a week. Good luck!

    Hi!  When I was pregnant with first (early 2010), the hospital offered classes.. They were cheaper than most yoga studios, you can get the info. from your OBGYN if they deliver at Abington.

    The classes at Blue Banyan are only $7. Sunday, 6-7:15pm and Thursday 7-8:15pm. I've been to one class so far and it was great.

    I just had a baby in october :-)  I taught PreNatal all through my pregnancy and it really helped me.  I am back to teaching in Elkins Park (2 towns over) at Shakti Yoga.  www.shaktiwest.com . $15 drop in but class card discounts available.
