I'm trying to think how it will work to have all four of us in our family out the door by 7 am starting in Sept. Alexander often sleeps until 8. How are your kids if they have to be woken early? Do you have any tips for organizing yourself to get everyone changed, fed, dressed and ready to go on a deadline?

For us nightime prep is key.
After I put O to bed at night, I lay out all of our clothes for the next day. I make sure the diaper bag is packed and if he needed anything else for daycare or the sitter that it is in or next to the diaper b

I have our schedule set up so that we usually need to be out of the house by 9 - 9:30. A couple of mornings
