Can anyone recommend a good prenatal yoga DVD? I ordered Shiva Rea's Prenatal Yoga by Gaiam and it's a joke (both the chick that leads it and the "exercises" which are all breathing/stretching.
Before becoming pg with twins I ran 4mi 4x/wk and used yoga to supplement the cardio. Now it's recommended I not do anything that gets my HB over 140, which cuts out running. I'm walking on my treadmill but would like to supplement with something else, preferably yoga (more than stretching and breathing).

Not to be nosy or anything, but did your doctor specifically tell you that you couldn't get your heart rate over 140 for a medical reason? Are you a high risk pregnancy?

Also, I'm a pilates teacher, and the Stott Pilates Prenatal DVD is pretty good if you follow the 5 basic principles taught at the begin
I love Crunch Yoga Mama. I like Shiva Rea too. In the end of the pregnancy, you will like it. prenatal yoga is meant more for aches and pains and stretching. Which in the end you might feel.
