She says it whenever she doesn't like the way things are going. Can't get that apple to stay still? "STOP IT!" Windy? "STOP IT!" Hat won't stop touching your head? "STOP IT!"
I have no idea where she got it from....

We're entering the "no" phase and she isn't just saying it to say it. She knows the difference between "yes" and "no" and will generally run away when she says, "No."
For example, "Abigail, let's get your coat on." "No!" and off to the other room
